The theme this year for the Voices & Vibes Festival is “between the lines”. We are looking for performers that can share art that dives into the deeper meaning behind being a teen. Society knows teens on the surface, but, if you had the opportunity, what would you tell the world? We would like for performances to truly speak to the experiences of being a teen in the Atlanta community and in today’s society.
